JDRF Gala - indianapolis event photographer

I had the pleasure of being a photographer at the JDRF Gala.  There were so many generous attendees and all of the honorees were so grateful.  This event was VERY successful and such a learning experience for me.  There was a live auction as well as a silent auction.  The event included cocktail hour with auction bidding/mingling. A presentation of the Living & Giving Award to Louis J. Koch family with Pat Koch speaking.  Followed by dinner was a special tribute to Molly Church and Will Koch.  Afterwards, there was a live auction as well as monetary donations.  Ending the night was a live band and dancing.

when was the last time you had professional pictures taken?

I asked myself this question last year.  The last time we had family pictures taken was at my wedding 2 years prior and before that was my sisters wedding 4 years prior to that.  After thinking, we haven't gotten family pictures professionally taken without a wedding involved since I had a missing tooth or 2 and HUGE hair that I begged my sister to do for me.  It was time to get them taken and what better time then for my parents anniversary.  So we surprised them and booked a session.  I can't thank sarah-beth photography enough for our long over-due family pictures.  We all LOVE the pictures and cherish them for years to come.

So that leads me back to when was the last time you had professional family pictures taken?  If you can't remember or it hasn't been since your wedding or family members wedding - do it now!  Spring is here and everyone is out and about - before your family has a packed schedule for the entire summer and into fall BOOK a session.

I had the pleasure of spending the week in Disney with my family and here are a few of my favorites :)  We celebrated first visits to Disney, anniversary and a birthday while there... it was *amazing*

This little guy is the most stylish 1 yr!  He LOVED the camera and just couldn't get enough.  The family is so happy and you can just see the love for one another.  The wind was out of this world and it was supposed to rain but instead the sun came out to play.  Michelle and Chase found this *amazing* railroad track with a bridge that was elevated. Interesting venture up to the tracks but totally worth it!  Thank you to the newlyweds for sharing your little model with me :)
